Topf-Gucker in Bad Groenenbach

A selected menu with very tasty and excellently prepared dishes. In addition, a very nice service and the beautiful ambience of the outdoor catering. What more do you want. We went there twice.

Food was just great.

we went to dinner on October 3rd, 2020, I ate the Topf-Gucker Pfännle and was so disappointed. The food came in a deep plate and not in a pan (I would rename the menu), the portion was manageable for € 18.90. The taste: the bread dumplings were totally soft and not recognizable as bread dumplings, the knöpfle were also totally overcooked and the Albkäse (which is good) was too dominant and the menu includes an onion roast beef with the Kässpätzle, but those were only two small ones Tails from the meat. The ravioli weren't very special either. And overall everything was just lukewarm. When I mentioned this to the waitress, there was only a hesitation and I will pass it on, but unfortunately nothing came back like excuse me: :)) So I do not recommend the restaurant, too bad :)

Small portions, quite expensive, but very tasty.

The food is just amazingly delicious. The beef fillet is recommended and all products come from the region. The service is great and we will definitely be back. I would recommend a reservation as we hardly got a table.

I can only recommend the Wiener Schnitzel, best with a fried egg on top, the best I've ever eaten. Top

We went here twice to eat. Once we celebrated our wedding here and we can recommend Charly without exception! It was well organized and everyone was very satisfied. The prices are reasonable and the food is of a very high quality and delicious! All in all we were more than satisfied and will definitely come back.

Charly deserves no less than 5 stars. Location, one of the best around. The beers, the food and the staff are simply great. Leudde brings a bit of time and patience, it's worth it. Chris Rea and Lionel Richie fans get their money's worth in the pub, a song could be added . All in all 5 stars.

Service very inattentive and unfriendly, walking around rather disoriented. After 20 minutes we were finally allowed to order the drinks ... Food was good. Man should bring a lot of time. After the meal, both wait staff did not even ask whether it tasted good or whether everything was okay !!! For a restaurant like this, that's more of a minus, so we won't visit this location again.

As a regular star eater, I can only express my congratulations. My girlfriend and I were the only guests in the restaurant and they went out of their way to do it. I really didn't expect that in the country. There was unfortunately no good champagne, but it is not too bad and was to be expected. I've already drunk some wines but this wine recommendation (Protos from the Duero) was really a sensational surprise. Thank you for that and the nice evening.

Very friendly welcome. The burgers are awesome (there are always Thursdays). Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. If we are close again, we will come back. Keep it up 😄

We were greeted unfriendly by a very arrogant service. I would position a display in front of the beer garden with the inscription "Guests not welcome today" or "We don't feel like guests today"! A portion of dumplings (very tasty) but far too little with a tiny salad plate. The answer to the question about a 220V socket for the e-bike battery: we have no socket! A shame, great location but not recommendable ...

The food was delicious and the prices reasonable. However, we were not satisfied with the service. The drinks we ordered were forgotten and we only got the bill after we put on our jackets. Before that we waited about 10 minutes for the bill, the employee continued to serve the other guests and did not print our requested bill.

Name and map of the restaurant are classic understatement! Great ideas with familiar-sounding dishes guarantee many nice surprises. Really delicious from A to Z. Reservation necessarily makes sense. Also worth a detour! We had a nice and sovereign service. Keep it up !!

Best ingredients and excellent preparation, with courteous service. What more do you want? We had the day's tip and Maultaschen. Both absolute top. Who thinks that such a Kassiker is nothing special, should be surprised positively. The next trip on the A7 we will make another trip here.

Food was good. The price ambitioniert but for the quality still in the frame. The service has made a great effort to serve quickly, but with so many guests could wait some time still not avoided. Still okay for me.

We have been trundling into Bad Grönenbach in summer for six years and ended up at the Topfgucker for dinner every time. Location is just great on the village square. The card is changed every three months. However, a few classics remain on the menu. Hearty dishes from Bavaria are offered, some of which are superbly reinterpreted. Everything has always been very tasty so far. The products are from the regional environment. You should reserve a table. It's always busy, especially in summer. Seats are available both indoors and outdoors. Prices are moderate. We will certainly make a stop here again in 2019 🍻 P.S .: Addendum to the service: this looks a bit rustic and sometimes a bit overwhelmed. Nevertheless, we felt addressed warmly. "How to call into the forest ....." 😉
